Your SKINTone subscription officially begins on the first day of payment and will last for the next 12 months, during which you’ll have access to a range of personalized treatments and services bespoke for you.

Here’s what you need to know to make the most of your SKINTone experience:

Booking Your Treatments: You can now conveniently book your appointments online through the SKINTone members booking area on our booking page. Choose from our range of treatments designed to enhance your natural beauty and rejuvenate your skin.

Booking Access Starts Now: We’re excited to let you know that you can start booking your appointments right away- If you trust us with your face, then we trust you! Simply BOOK HERE and explore the available slots to schedule your preferred treatments at your convenience.

No Deposit Required: As part of your subscription benefits, we do not require any deposit when booking your appointments. We trust that you’ll honor your commitment to attend your scheduled sessions.

How will payments work be taken during the year: Payments will be taken automatically from the card used on a monthly basis on the same date as the initial subscription sign-up.

Appointment Policies: We kindly request a minimum of 7 days’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, a £50 fee will be automatically charged to you card within 72hours.

Payment Information/Cancellation: Your subscription payments cover the cost of your treatments, and no additional payments are needed when booking. However, please be aware that failure to make subscription payments may result in legal proceedings and if you wish to cancel your subscription- please send an email to us directly at enquiries@drbonny.co.uk in which the remainder of your subscription will be asked to be paid upfront.

No-Show appointments: In the event of a no-show appointment, your card used for the subscription will be charged £50 (the cost of a lost deposit) due to failing to attend the appointment.

What’s best to book first as a SKINTone Skin Member: If you are a SKINTone skin member (essential, signature or luxe) – We advise you start with a FREE INITIAL SKIN CONSULTATION AND SKINPEEL TOGETHER. This allows our medical team to spend some time getting to know you and your skin and we can make a plan for the year going forward on how best to reach your skin goals. 

Should I do anything for my appointment? For your first SKINTone consultation,  Please arrive makeup free, and it would be really useful to bring your current skincare regime with you (or a photo of the products you use) so we can assess them for you.

What do I need to do as a SKINTone Toxin Member? As a Toxin Member, you can also avail of the free skincare consultation if you wish, therefore you can book your Botox treatment and free skin consultation together on the SKINTone Members area of the booking system any time from NOW.
